Ali Selim Demirel

Practice description

Ali Selim Demirel focuses his practice on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and energy and concessions. He drafts and negotiates corporate transaction documents, including share purchase, asset purchase, merger and shareholders’ agreements. In addition, he advises companies on general corporate, business and energy law matters and assists companies in the coordination and implementation of multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions.  He also focuses his practice on the resolution of commercial disputes, particularly regarding post-M&A disputes and particularly through arbitration. He represents clients before arbitral tribunals and before all levels of domestic courts, including the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
