Ozan Kesim focuses his practice on dispute resolution, primarily through litigation, and represents clients before the all levels of national courts, public authorities and private authorities. He also has experience in employment law and corporate law. He works with foreigner investors and global clients in local or cross-border transactions, advising on corporate and employment matters including intra-group restructuring projects. He also advises companies on day-to-day matters related to intellectual property laws. He takes part in mergers and acquisitions projects, drafting regulatory, employment and corporate sections for due diligence reports and executive summaries.
