He currently specializes in structuring, drafting and negotiating complex M&A transactions. He has worked on some of Turkey’s most groundbreaking transactions, and is experienced in the acquisition of public targets. His capital markets experience includes tender offers, delistings and dealings with public targets, as well as warrants and certificate issuances.
