Elif Nur Çakır Vurgun is a partner and head of the Employment practice at Esin Attorney Partnership. She has over 13 years of experience advising local and multinational clients on employment, social security and immigration law.
Elif advises on both regular and complex employment law matters, delivering practical, responsive and commercially minded solutions. Her practice includes employment agreements and company policies; performance management, misconduct and disciplinary processes; collective and executive terminations; restructurings and redundancies; compensation and benefits structures; incentive, bonus and commission plans; stock option schemes; immigration matters; and union relations.
