Koray Sogut

Practice description

Koray Sogut is partner in the dispute resolution practice group where he focuses his practice on litigation matters, in particular, international commercial disputes, real estate disputes and white collar crimes. He represents clients in all stages of national court procedures, including court appearances, interim injunctions, strategy development, and conduct of hearings and settlement negotiations. He also advises clients on disputes relating to corporate law, law of obligations, maritime, insurance, aviation, bankruptcy, intellectual property, employment and administrative law. Koray is particularly experienced in handling complex international commercial disputes.
