Koray Sogut

Koray Sogut is partner in the dispute resolution practice group where he focuses his practice on litigation matters, in particular, international commercial disputes, real estate disputes and white collar crimes. He represents clients in all stages of national court procedures, including court appearances, interim injunctions, strategy development, and conduct of hearings and settlement negotiations. He also advises clients on disputes relating to corporate law, law of obligations, maritime, insurance, aviation, bankruptcy, intellectual property, employment and administrative law. Koray is particularly experienced in handling complex international commercial disputes.

Koray Sogut has written articles for publication, including:

• Co-author, Turkey Chapter, Global Patent Litigation Handbook, Baker & McKenzie, 2015.

Istanbul Bar Association and Turkish Bar Association.

Koray Sogut joined Esin Attorney Partnership in 2009, which became a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, a Swiss Verein, in 2011.
