Gokce Serez

Gokce Serez focuses her practice on corporate compliance including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, corporate compliance investigations and white collar crimes. In addition, she advises companies on general corporate and business law matters, including coordination and implementation of multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions.

Gokce Serez also advises clients on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, real estate and trade and commerce issues.
