Demet Kasarcioglu

Practice description

Demet Kasarcioglu focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international trade and commerce. She advises companies on structuring, drafting and the negotiations of M&A transactions. She represents strategic buyers and sellers as well as private equity funds in the acquisition and sale of private targets. In addition, she also focuses her practice on the resolution of commercial disputes, particularly through arbitration. She represents clients before arbitral tribunals and before all levels of domestic courts, including the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
