Mehmetcan Atasoy

Mehmetcan Atasoy focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and domestic and international trade and commerce. He advises companies on structuring, drafting and the negotiations of M&A transactions. He represents strategic buyers and sellers as well as private equity funds in the acquisition and sale of both public and private targets. He participates in legal due diligence exercises and drafts legal due diligence reports, particularly for companies listed in the capital markets.

Mehmetcan Atasoy also advises companies on consumer protection, intellectual property and information technologies and communications law. His industrial focus is on financial services, media, online business and consumer goods.
