Nitekim Kurum, yak\u0131n zamanda yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00d6deme Hizmetlerindeki Finansal Teknolojilere Y\u00f6nelik \u0130nceleme Raporu, E-Pazaryeri Platformlar\u0131 Sekt\u00f6r \u0130ncelemesi Nihai Raporu, dijital piyasalara ili\u015fkin soru\u015fturmalar\u0131 ve teknoloji odakl\u0131 pazarlardaki birle\u015fme &amp; devralmalar\u0131 radar\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131rmamak i\u00e7in getirdi\u011fi &#8220;teknoloji te\u015febb\u00fcsleri&#8221; tan\u0131m\u0131yla revize edilen yo\u011funla\u015fma rejimi ile zaten dijital fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmekteydi. Daha sonra bu pazarlar\u0131n mobil reklamc\u0131l\u0131k, video reklamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, sosyal medya reklamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, ilan reklamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi di\u011fer alt k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131mlardaki rekabet yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da incelemi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc reklamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i reklam sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7inde en fazla harcama pay\u0131na sahip en \u00f6nemli reklam segmenti oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015f ve Kurum bu segmentin alt k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 da incelemi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, sosyal medya reklamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n tercihleri, di\u011fer kullan\u0131c\u0131lar ile ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 gibi hedefli reklamc\u0131l\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcketiciler hakk\u0131ndaki en fazla veriyi sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi\u011finden, genel g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc reklamc\u0131l\u0131k segmenti i\u00e7erisindeki \u00f6neminin de alt\u0131 \u00e7izilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<li>Raporda, \u00f6nemli \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i reklam ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve algoritmalar\u0131n\u0131n her biri de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015f, &#8220;Reklam Borsas\u0131&#8221;n\u0131n ne oldu\u011fu veya reklam te\u015febb\u00fcslerinin &#8220;Arz\/Tedarik Taraf\u0131 Platformu&#8221;, &#8220;Talep Taraf\u0131 Platformu&#8221; ve &#8220;Veri Y\u00f6netim Platformu&#8221; algoritmalar\u0131ndan nas\u0131l yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sorulara a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirilmektedir. B\u00f6ylelikle pazardaki \u00f6nemli dijital platformlar\u0131n faaliyetleri takip edilmekte ve a\u00e7\u0131klanmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Veri&#8221;, \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i reklamc\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki t\u00fcm k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131mlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemli girdilerden biri olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. Hedefli reklamc\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetleri ve ilgili algoritmalar; isabetli ve verimli sonu\u00e7lar yaratabilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli miktarda veriye gereksinim duyarken, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 ki\u015fisel verilerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili risklerden habersizdir, bu nedenle sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn genelinde kayda de\u011fer bir mahremiyet endi\u015fesi bulunmaktad\u0131r.
